How long is my warranty?
The standard warranty for True Innovations products is one year from the original date of purchase, and covers replacement cushions and parts. Other warranty periods may apply based on the actual product purchased, and you should consult the assembly instructions that came with your product to confirm. For specific inquiries, please contact our customer service department. Please note that proof of purchase is required for validation of warranty.
Can I purchase a piece of furniture from True Innovations directly?
True Innovations does not sell products directly to the public. We are a manufacturer and only sell items to retailers on a direct import basis.
Where are my parts? When am I going to receive them?
Please email or call customer service for your tracking information. Please have your confirmation number ready.
Where do I find the P.O. number, model number or item number?
For upholstered furniture such as sofas, loveseats, and recliners; The PO/item number is typically located on the underside of the seat cushion or the item itself.
How should I clean my furniture?
While we do not recommend a particular cleaning product, you can use a damp cloth to wipe down your furniture. Please refer to the care instructions found in your assembly instructions you received with your furniture. If you would like to use a cleaning product, we suggest that you test the product on an inconspicuous area first to make sure the product doesn’t alter the material, before applying the product on the entire piece. Please note that any type of discoloration or alteration made to the furniture from a cleaner will automatically void the warranty.
Where are the assembly instructions?
The assembly instructions are located on the top of the product inside the box.
I can’t find the legs for my sofa or upholstered item. Where are they located?
Legs and footers are typically located underneath the product. You will need to turn over your item and find the zippered compartment in the black dust cover. This zippered compartment should be labeled with a hardware tag or red streamer for easy location.
